I was sitting 20th row for this show. Got the tickets from the guy who ran the ticketmaster machine because he wasn't going to be able to use them. This show was AMAZING. Also saw the show a month earlier at MSG. Almost 20 shows later and they still know how to bring it!!!!
My first Rush show was in Tampa, on this tour, and this portion was the highlight of my night. I was 16 it was the first opportunity I had after having moved from Alaska. I can remember not being too worried about being on time, thinking there would be an opening act. We heard them starting Dreamline as we were walking into the venue, and literally ran to find our seats.
This Rush tour was my second show I went to (The Who was the first concert I ever went to at 13 in 1989) at Providence Civic Center on May 1, 1994. I went to the show feeling under the weather with a sore throat. Great show but had to go to the hospital next day as I worsened the throat from screaming (almost had tonsils removed but I recovered in time for Pink Floyd nearly THREE WEEKS LATER).
My first rush concert was here! We got into an accident on I78 on the way. My buddy's car was wrecked, we went back to the house got my car and made it in as they were finishing dreamline/ starting bravado!
