Whoa. Hang on. No, don't do that. Then, a lot of people who are just trying to make a living will get hurt or worse and the banks will just respond by moving their business elsewhere. Don't bomb the banks. Just tax 'em, and if it's doable, break 'em up into smaller organizations that will compete with one another over customers and employees.
