This is a device for controlling movement and behavior of livestock, wildlife and predators in the geographical terrain. The device will both track and lead animals over large areas in the terrain. It gives farmers and communities complete real-time, two-way control over livestock and predators with simple to use geographical map tools. The embedded controller used for this project will be an USBizi from GHI Electronics. The connected hardware will consist of a GPRS module + GPS receiver, solar panel + battery and an impulse feedback unit buzzer+vibrating force feedback+electrical stimuli . There is a GUI frontend based around MS Virtual Earth to interface with the device. The device is typically worn, as a neck collar or a west, by animals requiring large geographical areas such as cattle, sheep, horses or similar. GIS data with polygons forming virtual borders to keep animals within, will be uploaded to the device. When an animal wearing the device comes close to a virtual border it is held back gradually using buzzer then vibration feedback then electrical stimuli. Virtual borders can be static or dynamically uploaded. Virtual dynamic corridors can be made to lead animals
how would you keep the predators out without them wearing the collar
