Her saving him from a deathly fall isn't a couple moment, its her keeping him alive. every single thing they do is not born out of love for each other, most likeley it was out of necesity because Aang still needed Zuko as a fire bending teacher. Anyways, i doubt Azula will die because of that little fall. She can turn her fire into jets, remember? the boiling rock part 2 and the crossroads of destiny episodes. in the first one, she blasted up to a train, the second, she jetted towards Aang. HAH

not to get you mad but i read the spoilers. the real ones. zutara doesn't happen. i was a little sad too but it says she ends up wit aang. and zuko ends up with mai cuz they both love each other.
