Finger Lakes Dragon Boat Races 2011 - Harvard Semi Finals

The 500m B division semi-finals for the Harvard Dragon Boat Team at the Finger Lakes Dragon Boat Festival in Ithaca, NY. The races were held on July 16, 2011. Vermont Dragonheart Mixed Snaps are in the inner lane, Harvard in the middle lane, and Ithaca Gorges Dragons in the outer lane. The Gorges Dragons pulled ahead early with a quick start, but Harvard surged in the final 50m to take the win with a time of 2:20.5. The Gorges Dragons finished 2nd with a time of 2:21.2 and the Vermont Dragonhearts with 2:22.3.
