  • all from scratch? first build?

  • No, not all from scratch. I bought the parts mostly on ebay and locally and put it all together. I have another Tele body that's all mahogany with a humbucker and single coil. i want to to another guitar soon.

  • What key are you playing in?

  • Nice tellecaster u got there. :)

  • My bad, there are power amps that do, in mono, bridge the stereo amps and the wattage would be twice what it is in stereo. I just figured this one did. The manual doesn't say anything about that. Checking on the Line 6 web site, it does only run true stereo. 75 watts per channel. Thanks.

  • Not trying to start some "online fight" here but im pretty sure that if you run that amp in mono you are only runing 75 watts to all the speakers. only when you use two speaker cables and run it in stereo will you be running 150 watts.

  • Oh okay, thanks for the info

  • You can run the amp in stereo (left and right channels) it will put out 75 watts per side. In mono, where it comes out in 1 channel, it's putting out 150 watts. On the back of the amp there are 2 outputs for stereo and 1 for mono. Hope this helps. If not you can probably do a internet search for the differences.

  • what does 150 watts mono mean and what is the difference between that and the 75 stereo. I've played this amp but I don't know which one I should get.

  • Yea it's loud. It's the Spider 3 head with 150 watts mono or 75 watts stereo.
