Expanding a secretive FED, secret relations between countries, and secrecy when lobbying for foreign interests is not transparency. Secrecy is exploited. (ie. Inflation is a very real 'tax' that is not voted on). Spending bills voted by representatives is different, representatives are the voice of the people and have the right and responsibility. Either party could further partisan interests by a bigger government. Transparency is bipartisan. Please do not expand the power of the secretive FED
