@MadnessIsMySpecial You need to understand, most people that sell these devices dont under the mechanics of how to.. in basic form, try and disabling the security program before installing and keep it disabled so when the user uses the pc they will do there regularly use of the computer, wait till they finish and grab the contents..

@TORCHforAMERICA Basic installations consist of, connecting the device to the USB port on the computer, then you run the administration program from within the device via "my computer" from then on it will be pretty simple... there is no auto install, its manual, its completely hidden

Does this work on wireless keyboards? And can it be detected by Norton? If so, should I remove Norton?
