@spenspuma Real music isn't about effects (which I do have decent knowledge of), but chords, keys, time signatures, and chromatic notes. My piano teacher wouldn't be able to tell you about radiohead's pitch shifter, but he could listen once and play the entire song. Does "know NOTHING about music"?
-
@spenspuma I never said they were the exact same thing, I simply said there's a good way to approximate the sound without spending money. Probably 75 percent of people either have never heard the original song; have, but don't know; or have, but don't care.
Also, I never said TUNE it an octave up. How would they play the low notes? Just transpose the intro to twelfth position.
-
Epic fail...the pitch shifter thats used by Radiohead keeps BOTH the original note AND the Octave higher, hence how they get the sound...if you JUST tuned an octave higher it would sound stupid. You obviously know NOTHING about music
-
@spenspuma Or they just do it an octave up on the guitar and save the money.
-
Now stop playing Radiohead covers and do a "Winning Days" cover and you'll be on the other side.
-
Hanson with Justin Bieber...
-
lead singer sounds like craig nicholls from the vines.
-
you should work more
-
what's the lead guitar setup?
Lead guitar needs to be quite a bit louder, but with some rehearsal you guys could be pretty good.

Also, too fast and the drums at the beginning were totally unnecessary. Otherwise, good.

Unnecessary? it wasn't a drum solo
just like checking your guitar is in tune before you start

@ciacia123 No, I totally get what setting up is, I meant the ride cymbal that was being played at the beginning of the actual song.
