If the Controls are the same as the first game it might be easier if you flew in off mode, I mean it's easier for me.

What this guy says about buying a controller stick - I wouldn't just for this game. My flight stick (Saitek AV8R-03) actually had "Compatible with HAWX and Blazing Angels" as a selling point, (and with HAWX1 it is good) but with HAWX2 the deadzone is so big you're better off using the arrow keys on the keyboard. My friend also has a much better flight controller (I think it's a thrustmaster or something) he has the same problem with horrible Deadzones. HAWX2 has very sticky controls.

@silva70001 This games more shiny, but a lot of fans prefer HAWX1, I can't decide myself, they're both fun. Though the controls in HAWX2 are a little sticky.

@Koldness99 Yeah but Ace combat is mean and won't release for PC so gamers like me are stuck with this... Having not played Ace combat I'll happily fly around in HAWX, Wings of Prey and DCS A-10 without knowing what I'm missing on the 360. lol

comparing this to assault horizon (which many AC fans didn't like), I'd say that the HAWX series is catching up to compete with its main rival.
