As I awaited the arrival of NS 15M the NS Youngstown Line dispatcher was heard setting up a meet between another unknown eastbound, the 15M (westbound) and a work train. A headlight appeared in the distance and along came a train identifying itself as what sounded like "MDR" as it called signals - who was to pull down the siding at Ripley behind the other eastbound and wait for 15M to roll by.

IF ANYONE HAS ADDITIONAL INFO TO CORRECT ME OR THAT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THIS VIDEO please email me at once!

Power was GP-38-3's 5814 and 5816 (rebuilt from GP50s).
