Coal energy drives the economy? Really? I thought that cheap energy is needed for COUNTRIES THAT PRODUCE PRODUCTS. Our economy has shifted to a service-based economy not a production based economy. Until our production of tangible goods increases additional energy only drives a market of non-essential luxury goods produced usually in a foreign country which does not bode well long term for our GNP.
