Tja, so ist das ... habe als junges Mädchen u.a. die Nibelungensage gelesen. Durch einen glücklichen Zufall auf Einladung (!) den ganzen Ring damals in der Staatsoper Berlin gesehen - bin seitdem Wagnerianerin .... Nur schade, daß Spas Wenkoff es zu Beginn 1980 (?) nicht mehr geschafft hat ... Na, mit ca. 60 Jahren ...

Some may have called this production 'old fashioned'--but they are NUTS. This is entertaining and good to look at--it honors the mythic roots of the Ring.

ich habe wagner nie gemocht weil ich ihn nie verstanden habe..bis ich chereau und boulez wagner träumen sah und hörte..dann hat sichbschlagartig mein inneres hören verändert...was in dieser musik tobt, wütet und in mir arbeitet und tiefes verschüttetes wissen über die menschliche natur..meine auch..zur oberfläche bis zum hinausschreien drängt ist einfach unbeschreiblich..genial..wager
