@feveronceagain123 Press the play/pause and trash can buttons at the same time (the 2 green buttons) and go to the menu, choose video quality and then choose which you want.

Oh, those are badass! I like how they have the USB thing already attached to it so that you don't have to deal with stupid cables. Does it also have a recharchable battery?
