Beyonce is overrated. She's a pop singer not a soul singer.

Tamia is very under rated singer. Her voice and songs are better than 90% of all female artists.

If you are all a good listeners, you will definitely say that Tamia is more soulful than Beyonce. In singing, whatever genres you would say, soul is no trivial matter. It is the way you feel the soul. Listen very carefully to Tamia's voices and Beyonce's. Which one if more soulful is so clear. Sorry about that. But, thank you. :)

@msluvlia I also failed to mention that Beyonce does a lot of cheating in order to pull her runs off. She takes long breaks between them and the runs are seldom connected to the song. She makes them stand alone, and the entertainer in her makes you think that she is using the time to connect with the audience, and I think that the average person could do runs if they did not have to incorporate them into the song. If you view this video at 3:01-3:06, you will see why I make the distinction.

I think that Tamia and Beyonce are equally talented..Both of them can bring something different, they both can sing gud (live or studio) and they both are beautiful..There is nothing to compare..I dont think one is better than the other..I can listen to them both all day!!
