A day for "Big Boys."
Picán celebrated Father's Day in style, with a BBQ on the patio! 24 oz. Bone-In Ribeyes, 16 oz New York Strip Steaks, giant Veal Chops and Smoked Port T-Bones, Grilled #1 Tuna, a "Dad's Burger" and Maple & Black Pepper Glazed Filet of Beef were paired with select sauces and toppings...Smoked Tomato Butter; Jalapeno Peach Steak Sauce, Barbequed Mushroom Jus, Collard Greens & Green Garlic Pesto and Green Tomato Salsa Verde.
Add in Grilled Sweet Corn on the Cob with chile butter and parmesan; Summer Squash, Cheddar & Carolina Rice Casserole; a mound of Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with bacon, green onions and sour cream; Grilled Asparagus and Yam Fries and it was a patio picnic extraordinaire!
Guests enjoyed a leisurely Bourbon, cold brew, cigar (or all three!) while lounging on the back deck. Inside, a full house tucked in to perfectly grilled meats.
