Where's Billy

I was in Granite Bay, CA, back in May. Apparently, the actor David Yost (aka Billy the Blue Power Ranger) owned/managed a pizza place called Z Pizza. So, with the camera rolling, I went to discover this mystery. Let the video speak for itself.

Yeah I heard the two of them didn't really get along. And to think, as a kid I totally pictured them exactly the way they were in the show.

One of my friends who was with me in the video had a friend who worked for the guy at that pizza place. But apparently David Yost hates being associated with the Blue Ranger. Ha Ha! I wonder why?:)

I remember when David owned that place. I graduated from Granite Bay High in 2006, and my friends and I used to go to Z Pizza all the time and blast the Power Rangers theme song in the parking lot. He never actually acknowledged that he was in fact the blue ranger, but the few times we ran into each other at a store, he would recognize me, laugh, shake his head and walk away. I heard he sold the restaurant and moved away. Wherever you are, David, I hope you know it was all in good fun!

Hi, I work at this exact Zpizza and most of your information is skewed, The Zpizza is a franchise store and the Z actually stand for "the" after a rough French accent chopped it up. David Yost did in fact own this Zpizza about 6 or 7 years ago. My coworkers were quite fortunate to work with him but as you already know he is no longer the owner there. This video was quite interesting to watch especially since in the beginning at around 0:59 the Truck behind you belongs to my best friend. :)

Years ago I used to go to the SPL for Z Pizza all the time, and it was awesome seeing David Yost actually working within the store. But this was around 2006-2007. By 2009, he had left the store, and no one really knows where he went.

To it it seems most of the actors who have played a Power Ranger find it agonising to remember a day on the job despite the nmber of fans they created, David Yost must've turned pmore pessimistic than anyone else to just refuse to have any contact with anyone accosiated with the show. Though Jason David Frank is the exact opposite. Also heard Jason David Frank was a buly to David Yost almost.

Yea I'm not really sure why you thought he was the owner, I've never heard that rumor. I would've gone to check it out, too. It'd be totally cool to meet him (or Jason David Frank for that matter).
