Wyzwolenie energii kundalini to cofnięcie się w rozwoju duchowym. Praktycznie nie sprzyja ono jemu. Wiem o tym gdyż kilku moich znajomych przypłaciło to niemal obłędem, nadpobudliwością oraz problemami z psychiką. Wystarczy do tego celu zwykła medytacja, którą się stopniowo pogłębia i tyle. Jedynie zapadając się w siebie możemy poznać uniwersalne prawdy i pojąć samą istotę absolutu. Kundalini niczego nie zmienia w strukturze DNA, a tym bardziej w naszym wyglądzie. To jest nonsens. Namaste.

@HolopathProductions Great answer....i was thinking the exact same thing. You have to experience this or you won't 'get it', it just looks like people shaking about. You just have to have done it...properly....to understand what it is all about. I did 4 years of Kundalini-Dance in Australia, it was incredible. And the Kundalini does move you, but it takes practise to be able to 'allow it' to happen for most people. Thankyou for producing & sharing this.

In body dance, one make dance, whereas in Kundalini dance, kundalini make body dance and one is just a witness as if some one else is dancing...

no offence, but I wouldn't personally be arrogant enough to judge, based on watching a video, whether or not the dancers are being moved by Kundalini or merely moving their bodies. If I were to go to your video and leave a comment such as "You're not really meditating, or dancing, you're just sitting there", you would probably dismiss me as a judgemental fool. Anyways, the practice of Kundalini dance is not just a "body dance", experience it before you judge others via video.
