  • @friedtoast419 Yeah not bad man, I used to use them with flatbread and cheese since they're convenient calories.

  • I like the idea of identical meals! It brings some peace! I can do it because I am not decadent regarding the food - I can eat whatever as long as it has some taste... :)

  • Hey Nath,

    A quick question if you dom't mind. Do you find that your meat keeps OK for 7 days? Personally, after 3/4 days I wouldn't want to be eating any stored meat. Obviously you could break the week up and have 2 cooking days.

    Would be interested to see your meal plans too.

  • @skinnyguygetbig Yeah, if it's cooked I usually find it's fine. You could have 2 cooking days per week if that makes you feel more comfortable.

  • @LOL7877 you could definetly add 6 lbs in 2 months if your an ectomorph, even tought it might not all be muscle.

    Go to failure on every set, when you workout.

    Eat like a king, push it in your mouth and push it down your troath..

    Never go hungry, and you will add that weight..
