Coloring of comic book page about Napoleon adventures. Here is the full process, from beginning to end. The video is very accelerated. This work toke 8 hours and the video has 13 minutes.

  • don't get me wrong... it looks great in the end, I just don't understand why it would take 8 hours to color one page. Is there something I'm missing?

  • @lilrara11804 One minute in this video is about 35 minutes in the real world. You would get bored with the full clip. Just grab a inked cmic book page. Select all the characters and create their masks. Then start to paint the backgrounds. Once you have this done, take the characters and start again to paint. Final adjustments... How long it was?

    Maybe 8 hours it's a lot of time. I don't spent 8 hours in a single page anymore. It was one my very firsts.

  • that seems like WAY more work that it should be. And yes, I have lots of experience with photoshop... no clue what you're doing here.
