The first movement Allegro con brio from Beethoven's symphony no.5 performed by Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra , conducted by Herbert Von Karajan . Very old and rare film, no longer in print, recorded in 1966 .
@redriverhautbois: Yes, but the video-quality is as bad as this upload. Someone else posted an 8-second clip that looks very nice; but it is unfortunately pitched sharp as well... Hopefully this person will see fit to upload the entire movement in the same excellent quality but wit correct pitch.
The video is pitched up because it is old. But when they played it it was actually in C minor. Theres a corrected version of this performance on youtube.
You people haven't a clue what music is talking like that.
