You know what I think is silly? Husch, acting like a foolish you now what and not keeping his mouth shut. He's blaming the citizens for their behavior but I believe his is worse. Last I checked, we are the reason he's been in office so long. What an ungrateful ass. Can I just say how happy I am to see him off the Council. Now, if we could only get him out of the town! In my opinion, that's the BEST thing for Herndon.

Reality, about a dozen citizens did make suggestions on the budget this spring during public hearings. That does not include citizens that send emails, made phone calls etc..

I feel embarrassed to be a Herndon resident if councilmen like these and a mayor like that is leading our town. I can't say all on the town council are rude, in fact the one on the end that was trying to defend the citizens is extremely respectful. I think "mr. I've been serving this community for 16 years" has lost who he represents and the position is.

Because that is your job! You were elected because you promised to be the mastermind behind local government policy. Man up and take some criticism you bitch.

This is compelling. If I understand this correctly the mayor and mustachioed council member went to a governor Kaine Town hall meeting as Teabaggers?!? And are ironically angry at citizens who treat them like they treated governor Kaine? Wow.. This needs to be a soap opera. Great stuff thanks for posting!
