China: friend or foe to US?

The White House agreed to supply advanced J-16 jets to Taiwan based on the ground that the country's fleet is worn out. But in fact the US will be selling less advanced jets to Taipei. China doesn't want weapons supplied to Taiwan, following an old territory dispute that happened between the two states. The fact that China holds most of the US debt only adds to the drama. Wayne Madsen, investigative journalist, shares his thoughts on the situation with RT's Kristine Frazao.

Why don't we think about this in China's position? What if China build a military base in Mexico, like we did in Japan and Korea, and send some battleship or spy plane to say hello to our coastguards, just like we did to Chinese, how would us react? Probably launch couple missiles to them. Compare to that, China's reaction looks like a coward already; what kind of reaction are we expecting??
