  • Hello!

    excuse me the curiosity:

What is the period is born the chromatish hackbrett or salzburg hackbrett? in contamporary time or more in the past?

    thanks

    ANDREA

  • Hi Andrea!

The Salburger Hackbrett is born in 1920 invented by Tobi Reiser and Heinrich Bandzauer.

Unfortunately i can only play this salburger Hackbrett, but in our Music-school there are also Steirische Hackbretter!

  • Thanks Andrea for your precious answer!

In this days i found a person who sell his hackbrett; he have bought it in a shop at Torino where he live, and he sell his instrument at a reasonable price.

It's also cause of your video and playing , that i will begin to play hackbrett!!!

If i'm some doubt, i call to you, (if i not disturb to you...m perhaps via e.mail)

    Many thanks again, for all

    ANDREA

  • many thank Andreas for your good informations!

    regards

    Andrea

  • hi andrea

the hackbrett has nearly 3 octaves: from the G to the d"

it's not really very difficult to play - but of course that's easy to say for me, cause i played for 10 years now...

however, you always play 3 sites that are close together and have the same height of the sound...so the hackbrett has about 100 sites!
