How retarded, using a wooden spoon. Also the club soda want mixed in so its sitting on top. Mix your sugar 1 to 1 with club soda prior so your start will dissolve.

Nice video...one suggestion ...use a metal or wooden flask to muddle your mint....using it in a glass can cause small micro slivers to get into your drink...which can ruin a perfectly good drink....Btw...where the hell were you in bartending school?
