Welcome to my follow-up to the wildly (un)popular Beet Machine Box video! This is the DX Popynica Neo Beet Machine Set!

Much like the previous set, all three vehicles are included in a single box here. Along with this, there is also a random splashing of metal parts throughout each of the vehicles. The set includes...

1. Kabutoron
2. Kuwaga Tank
3. Stealth Gyro

1. カブトロン
2. クワガタンク
3. ステルスジャイロ

Each of the vehicles can change modes. Kabutoron has two additional modes: Flight Mode (フライトモード) and Battle Formation (バトルフォーメーション). Kuwaga Tank has a Battle Formation (バトルフォーメーション) as well. Stealth Gyro's wings fold back for Stealth Mode (ステルスモード).

In addition to these various modes, the Neo Beet Machine have the ability to combine into a flying tank in the Joint Formation (ジョイントフォーメーション).

Compared to the Beet Machine Box from B-Fighter, i'd say this set is inferior. The Neo Beet Machine are much smaller in size compared to the Beet Machine. The cockpit does not open, and there are no mini figures as well. The Joint Formation is pretty weak. I'd say the only thing this set has over the Beet Machine Box is the alternate modes, which is pretty creative.

The Neo Beet Machine Set was released by Bandai America for the Beetleborgs Metallix toyline. Much like how the vehicles from B-Fighter were released seperately as the AVs for the Big Bad Beetleborgs line, the BVs in Metallix had individual releases. Bandai America removed the metal parts, and included different decals. An Input card was included with each vehicle, however. This is something unique to the Beetleborgs version.

No new blog this week. Next week i'll give my updated thoughts on Tensou Sentai Goseiger. It'll be worth a read. Until then... http://www.myspace.com/CCLemon99
