@mapmack calf crusher is bend their leg at the knee over your leg. Paulson's legs are nowhere near the bend of the knee it's not a calf crusher. Paulson does show a calf crusher right at the end of his "4 catch wrestling moves" video, also on youtube. He hits it as a counter to a guy escaping the kneebar.
