@SonicSuperDash No, it doesn't make them weaker, it makes them take either Mini-crits or full crits, i forgot, but one of those.

@Deliphin11 I know. It makes them take Mini-crits. But apparently the guy i replied to doesn't know what tf2 is (He don't know what jarate is, duh?) so describing with "weaker" would make it easier to understand the thing.
