Hey i'm really unflexible and am trying to get flexible enough to touch my toes, any advice?

I'm no expert, but what I know helped me was to do some stretching each day whether you are working out or not. I defintaley noticed improvement after even 1 - 2 weeks. The hardest part is making the time to do it!! Let us know how it goes!! -Vicky
