@Kuti210 The OP said "People ask for changes, they get the opposite of those changes." But nobody asked for Riot to BUFF the minions, and he's implying in the quote above that people did. But they didn't. So the point is, he said people asked Riot to buff the minions, so instead they nerfed them, which isn't the case. You think that I'm confusing buff and nerf, which isn't the case. Look further into the conversation.
