The ACLU, in partnership with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, is assembling defense teams to be available to assist in the legal representation of some of the Guantanamo detainees the Bush administration seeks to prosecute in the military commissions system. Retired Navy Rear Admiral John Hutson talks about why this effort is important to this country's justice system. To learn more go to http://www.aclu.org/johnadams.

  • Odd to think the same man defended the British after the Boston Massacre.

  • It''s a Question of being a Traitor to your country

  • But the "rule of law" includes the rights of the CIA agents also and does not permit citizens to take the law into their own hands. They have the right to expose "the Administration" and alleged violations and if so I agree. BUT, not expose agents without the agents having been given DUE PROCESS! Aaargh!

  • These intelect bastards must burn in HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are WAR CRIMINALS! They did not throw water balloons for a civil trial.

  • They are photographing CIA agents and showing the photos to detainees. Traitors!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is this a John Adams project because it works to undo the damage that John Adams did with the Alien and Sedition Act that he signed into law before the ink on the constitution had even dried?
