I met Geoff when he was about 18, playing in a club called Sweet Basil. Between sets he was sitting with McCoy Tyner (sp?). I walked up to their table and asked him to sign his latest cd, which he did, he even drew a keyboard. Such a nice guy, very humble. Amazing player.

Congrats to Geoffrey Keezer...just got married yesterday (Sunday, Oct 29, 2006) to his lovely bride, Susan. Christian McBride was the best man and what a reception!
