FORD GUYS: If Ford motor's were truly better, you'd see them being put in a variety of different cars. You never see a 4.6/5.4/5.0 etc. in a camaro, but you see LSx motor's go into nearly anything and everything. I love me a nice fox body, but F the 5.slow, the Foxbody deserves better and the LS1 is a great choice.

@Middflapslap they really domake an overhead cam head for ls1 its a rare find and arao makes a 32v head for sbc chevy ,its an outrageous price tag of coruse.

That's because the new 302 is dual overhead cam man. Just imagine if chevy made a ls1 with daul overhead cam. Not saying chevy is better than ford. I love the fox body. It just takes a hell of alot more money get a 302 fast , than it is a ls1. I like my extra money. Dont know about u guys

@yzfr6003 GM made 405 from 5.7 in 2002 when ford had 320 from 4.6.let not get into how gigantic the old dohc 4.6 was

@Camaromandave98 LOL I have seen 302's over 800hp it just takes GM more cubics to get that power lol...thats why the new 5.0 makes 413hp and its takes GM 6.2L to make 422 LOL
