i miss HOMM II...i have windows 7 and i cannot play it anymore:(

This game got mee into all the might&magick stuf I still remember playing it long time ago like over 10 years ago and I wasent able to finish not even the first map,good times indeed :)) Now I stil play it from time to time but I no loger feel what I felt then :(

anyway, I did figure out that the sound card was faulty, so that might be the issue.
Another issue might be that it's an old game, so the comp. has to work hard to use it.
