Lovelovelove this and have done a few tees this way! My only problem though is that the shirt creeps up my waist (as I have a pretty small waist). You mentioned anchoring the bottom of the lacing in order to avoid that, but I can't quite see what you do there.. What exactly do you mean by anchoring?

Dont know if I can make a video but I have pictures of some I've already done.?
Once I do the lacing Ill take some pictures of that too ^ ^!

when you wash the shirt, will it mess up?

@channelly210 that's a great question! NO! just make sure you anchor the bottom ties as I show in the video or they could unlace and get caught around in the spin cycle!

how would I do this and still leave the sleeves for cooler weather?

@KristyStarFire that's a great question...what you want to do is cut at an angle to create a half moon cap sleeve..you begin at the bottom of your oversized tee shirt, begin to angle for your curves then when you get to the sleeve make a sharp left and right literally just cutting as little of the sleeve off....you will still make your armhole under your arm like the sleeveless tee shown....does that help?

Ok, this is so funny! I've been customizing my Tee shirts lately. I've been cutting slits in the sides and either leaving the sleeves and cutting slits into those..or cutting the sleeves off. I also cut and tie the sides of the tee shirts and do the same to the sleeves and shoulders as well. I was sitting thinking to myself what else I should try. I was like oh I know! Lets try to lace up the sides! Then I found this video. Thanks!
