when I pled out on those charges I was not supposed to have to register as a sex offender but the DA and police harassed me for not registering - that is a violation of my rights that is why we freestaters stand up for you.

well what the hell why do they legalize alcohol but no other drugs?surely alcohol is harmful for your body. I know after a hard night of drinking i feel like shit the next day.

isnt it a bit hypocritical for them to say hey you can drink your face off but you cant go and smoke a joint, or shoot up

Either they leaglize everything, or they make every drug harmful to your body (including cafine, tobacco and alcohol) illegal. No beating around the bush. its ridiculous they have to make up their mind

I think we only need to look at Americans' general misuse and abuse of alcohol to see that giving them free reign of drugs would not lead to stellar results.

oh and for the record i dont shoot up or anything. I think its disgusting but i just feel like people should have their own choice. Like tobacco and alcohol. Both harmful but we adults make our own decision on weather to use them or not. Whats different from that versus cocaine, marijuana or heroin? Making it illegal wont change shit. it just puts money in the hands of criminals and terrorists such as the afghans who are using opium production to fund their war against USA.

i am an adult. i pay my taxes and live my life the way i want to. I do not want the government telling me what i can and cant put in my own body. Its ridiculous in the 1930s heroin was used as medicine on people for christ sake. So yes legalize heroin , and all the other hard drugs, because there is no way you can eliminate them. its impossible they have been trying for so many years and the drug trade has INCREASED. Just like prohibition in the 20s and 30s the drug war wont last.

Come on man... is that all you can come up with? First off i said make them leagal and control them. Of course no children should be allowed to do them, just like alcohol and smoking. They are both drugs and we dont allow children to do them. Yes legalize heroin. Why cant a fully mature adult shoot up? i thought we live in a free country. They are adults they make decisions in their life. We should not have the government wagging their fingers and telling us no no no you cant do that.
