Part 2 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmjEEMbEut0

Abdul Salaam Zaeef is a former ambassador of Taliban govt who was directly appointed by Mullah Omar himself..In this interview he discusses the differences between the Taliban and Al-Qaeda ideologies..

1) He talks about how Taliban have only a national agenda to liberate their country, whereas Al-Qaeda have global terrorist aims..

2) He also explains that Taliban's stance was to give Bin Laden after receiving proofs and they actually thought 9/11 was a conspiracy..

3) He says that right now in the middle of the war Mullah Omar cannot disassociate himself from Al-Qaeda coz he is in need of any support against the Grand Nato Coalition troops and there can be a possibility of infighting within the Mujahideen..

  • Lets not forget uncle Same created both! if there is anyone to be judged here we need to try to see the big picture with the real story behind it and how American people got played just for the interest of a few people that are benefiting from this and how they are presenting this story to the world, makes me sick..., sad for the Afghan people as no one deserves such treatment under pretty names like freedom and democracy that no one is getting a piece of but a few twisted evil men

  • @califranky America had a hand in creating Al-Qaeda, but not Taliban..

Al-Qaeda was smuggled into Afghanistan through Pakistan in the 80's with fighters from all over the Arab world..Whereas Taliban is an indigenous movement which was started in 94 by a man called Mullah Omar, long after America had left the region on its own..

  • @nilo723 Please correct me if I´m wrong, after Commander Masoud´s murder, that was also another work of the CIA the Taliban was given power as it was the only organized movement at the time in Afghanistan after A lQaeda, maybe i got it wrong but my source is from US military intel

  • @califranky You are completely wrong..Coz Massood died only few days before 9/11..And indeed it was the work of CIA or Al-Ciada..

Whereas Taliban had established its govt in Kabul long before that..And they had infact refused the oil pipeline deal of UNOCAL that America wanted them to sign..

  • I am an American and I believed the Taliban were not an external threat to the United States. I believe the Taliban were just concerned with their own country. I understand that the way the Taliban were running their government is certainly not an ideal standard for Americans, but it is none of our buisiness to impose our will on others. Northerners couldn't even impose their will on Southerners after the Civil War in our country, how can we do it in Afghanistan? Seriously...

  • @Ryanyarb24 Taliban are like ants , fighter ants they have balls, they are true soldiers.

    U.S soldiers ( a.k.a terrorrists ) ( im in your house , whose the terrorrist ? )

U.S soldiers are = Snakes. filled with poison and are evil .

  • @nilo723 Oh okay, a little date error than, my bad, everyone knows whose company owns that pipeline, Cheney and his name Dick fits him real nice

  • As Muslims, why do we support the killing of innocent Muslims and non-Muslims when our own Quran tells us that we can't even harm animals/plants during war?Why do we support people such as the Taliban who think it's okay to mistreat women we we feel like it?Why do we not tolerate other religions and ideas when the Umayyood and Abbassid Caliphates thrived because of toleration?I know that Western media can exaggerate but still, we have brothers and sisters who are moving away from the real message

  • @MABaig1989 MashaAllaah brother

SubhanAllaah, mushrikin haven't even understood we are Only One United Ummah, wa Jazakom Allaahu khair ya akhi

  • where did the shaikh say the Taliban don't support Al Qa'idah??? subhanallah. All the shaikh said was, Taliban and Al Qa'idah r seperate movements but he never said they hav different goals. They hav the same goal, to expel the crusaders, and re-establish the Khilafah. Just as Al Shabab hav a goal for Somalia, same way, the Taliban hav a goal for Afghanistan. But Al Shabab and Taliban r both in favour of Al Qa'idah. Al Qa'idah r an international Jihadi movement backin the Taliban and Al Shabab

  • Most American think Muslims are just dumb idiots who know nothing but to kill. Muslims actually have a very rich history and were at the forefront of education and science. Afghanistan has had a bad run of invasions, civil war, and now another war with America. Afghanistan will one day be free and run their own country free from outside interference

  • Hey Guys,

If any of you people think that the U.S. was attacked by a group of people who live in caves and learned how to fly single prop planes and then successfully hi-jack not one or two but four jumbo jet airliners that have two huge 8 foot diameter jet engines on their wings. Then crashed them into targeted buildings with immaculate precision. Hitting 3 out of the 4 targets. Oh, and let's not forget that WTC7 building came down at free fall speed like a building being demolished. How?
