It's always sad to see a great athlete have his career halted by injuries.
-
Minor was just ahead of his time. Great athletism, but not skilled enough for the time or his position. Once his knees gave out, and grounded his gm, this became more relevant. In todays gm he would have been great, but back then he was a work in progress which injuries haulted

Knees, knees, knees... Damn!!! Beautiful, gifted player, especially offensively!

@iamzero79 Funny, this was a year ago, but another Yahoo article led me here today. LOL

I found this out by listening to Petros talk about him on the Loose Canons. Really is a shame he didnt get adequate playing time for someone who was destined to be great...This video mourns the death of his career. Sad. RIP

When a kid comes along that can create and score as freely as Miner you don't bench him, EVER!! Let the Miner tragedy serve a lesson in this if nothing else! Whilst you can teach defense, you can't teach what this guy had, uniquely brilliant in so many ways by yesterday's, today's and tomorrows standards!! The league was a lesser place in your absence HM!!

This video made Miner look not so "minor." He was fun to watch.

@gentlelovingmanUSA Calm down gentlehatingman... I mentioned ONE MOVE that Harold did is similar to a move Wade does often, jeez! Guess it takes a TRUE Heat fan to act like a jackass.
