Truely great! This is great moment for all Chinese nations: Tibetan, Han-Manchurian, Muslim, Southern Mongolian and all others.

"Free Tibet" is not a new trick. Japanese used the trick 80 years ago. in 19930, Japs claimed that Manchurian were not Chinese, so they made a "Free Machuria" or Manchukuo, swallowing all northeast part of China. It is now western powers' turn to "free Tibet". Well, too late, now China is on the top of the world. Free Texas!Free New Mexica!Free Nevada and California!

I have been on everest before and it was same but still if any body out there thinks mountaineering is easy think again!!!! I was on a expedition with the youngest person to climb everest he made it but i was at 28,986 ft but i couldnt go on!!!! i would have been the youngest climber to summit Mt Everest at 14 1/2but he made it tuff luck!!!!%^#%$^ going to summit kilimanjaro in a week or so widh me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where are all the prayer flags and other mementos that other climbers leave on the summit? There are always flags from the previous 2 - 3 years' climbs. And they are indeed walking too vigorusly for 8800 meters. And why were the press and all other climbers kept away from Everest for three weeks? The Chinese Communists can always fool their own people because they control the media. And everyone in China buys into it. But they just look silly to the rest of the world.

china faked the kid singing and the firewoks in the opening ceremony and they faked this.they r virtually running up to the summit, at that altitude its IMPOSSIBLE! not one landmark to confirm its the summit. bullshit

This really is the most amazing Olympic torch relay we will ever get to see, on the top of the world!!

To bad that some people in countries outside China used violence, but I'm happy that the Chinese took it well and love their country even more than ever! I have never seen a country so united and proud as China.

China has done really well, support from Holland!
