1978 definately as Mick Taylor was still there in 1974 with Woody joining in 1975.

Damn, Woodie screwed poor Ronnie Lane and added nothing to the Stones with one fell swoop...reckless rhythm with tight lead (keef and MT) is the archetype they created, Aerosmith nicked it brilliantly, but sloppy with sloppy (keef and woodie) just sounds like slop
