    @bobbybenjamin

    He made the Ad praising Reagan for what he stood for at the start, when almost no other suported him.

    When Reagan changed his positions Ron left because Ron does NOT change positions. Opportunistic politician? There were 4 other people supporting Reagan at that time, what in the world are you talking about?

    I invite you to do more research on the separation of Church & State and provide these two examples to you.

    Written by President Thomas Jefferson, 1802: " I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof", thus building a wall of separation between Church & State"

    This is enough for me: The notion of a rigid separation between church and state has no basis in either the text of the Constitution or the writings of our Founding Fathers. On the contrary, our Founders’ political views were strongly informed by their religious beliefs. — Ron Paul

    The Founding Fathers envisioned a robustly Christian yet religiously tolerant America, with churches serving as vital institutions that would eclipse the state in importance. — Ron Paul
