  • Summit is stock 8.4 V Nimh (only 50% loadet ). with softening the springs i am afraid loosing to much groundclearence. oil is stock ,which oil (viscosity) you prefer for crawling and climbing?

  • this skids are made from a Aluminium advertising plate and fixed with zipties (Kabelbinder) on the A-arms the big skid is screwed with four screws in the batterie compartment.

  • Ja ich kenne die Stelle ,das Steile ist nicht so schlimm dafür die unterschiedlich großen Steine die es mal weniger und mal wieder steiler machen!

    Motor is Stock "Serie".

  • Yeah I have to say a looser suspension would help in getting all the wheels planted better. I actually swapped the front springs for the back since it always sagged too much. and I run 35wt or 40 in the shocks, you can also modify the shock pistons slightly to more bump response (faster) and less rebound (slower). Nice vid though Bud. Keep truckin

  • I think softening your suspension will really help in such places..What springs and oil are you using?

  • is this brushless?
