chinese has the most influenced in the philippines then spanish...then the americans!
NO japanese or korean! just cuz you saw some japanese or korean restaurant thats not mean they influenced our food!

@malignantquiapo you do have chinese influence but so does Australia and America to a very large degree. they are the oldest nation on earth. This is not a defemation against your country its just an educated opinon, and i will say that most travellers i met had the same opinion about the food. i have to say the best korean food i ever had was in manila. but places like boracay, palawan, sabang beach. not good.
