Built in Max/MSP. Uses the btrack~ external by Adam Stark (http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/~adams/software.html).

iPhone control via TouchOSC, using a custom template (http://hexler.net/software/touchosc).

  • this is brilliant. could you tell me your exact setup you got there? like what mixing desk it is, hows its going into your mac etc...thanks!

  • @mmthatisatastyburger I'm in my studio here, but the software is running completely on my laptop and its not hooked up to any of the other gear in the shot. the signal chain is internal... the audio from iTunes gets routed internally to Max/MSP via Soundflower and then the audio from the drum loops is added and it comes out of the laptop speakers. The mixing board in the background is a Mackie 1640i, which connects to my desktop (not pictured) via firewire.
