This is a "behind the scenes" clip of what trumpet virtuoso Arturo Sandoval is doing right now. It is a beautiful excerpt and explores a different side of Arturo's artistry. Quoting from Arturo:
"This is live at Capitol Recording Studio, Hollywood, CA. I've been waiting for this opportunity for so many years. It's part of the new record we are working on now for Concord Records, produced by Gregg Field. The piece is "Apres un Reve" by Gabriel Faure and the conductor and arranger is George Calandrelli. It is not mixed, no EQ, not edited - just as it was. Even unfinished as it is, I want to share with all of you my enthusiasm and happiness about this project!!
