What is the best FREE screen recorder for Runescape High Detail? (HD)

It's Fraps.

Hypercam 2 - You can set the quality, but it laggs.
Fraps - Good quality and almost no lagg!
Screen recorder gold - Good quality, but really laggy....
Zd Soft screen recorder - White screen, mouse erases some, but it sucks.
Free screen video capture - A bit lagg, but the grapichs are very flashy...
Camstudio - Only white screen.

How to get fraps?
Normal way: go to http://www.fraps.com/ and buy it. It costs 37$.

Free way: (I think its not illegal)
If you don't have uTorrent, then download it.
Then search "download fraps torrent" in google and start searching a good torrent. (Some fraps torrents have viruses in them so watch out!

They keep updating the game and making it laggier. Try to lower runescapes grapichs settings or close some probgrams that you don't need to be on. Or just get a better computer, Im gonna get a better one soon.

its not my pc, i used to record with fraps even after this HD update, got pc format due few problems and now it laggs like shit. My pc is fine nothing is open :(
