Who is really to blame for the embargo? Israel that left Gaza peacefully, and was thanked with over 6000 rockets into Israel before finally giving in and responding, or Hamas that kills its co-religionists, places its civilians at military targets, and provokes Israel into finally stopping the barrage of missiles on civilian targets.

Who should we condemn though? Hamas that deliberately targets Israeli children and civilians, or Israel that enforced its own law of an embargo that was itself placed as a result of 6000 rockets, after the so-called peace activists broke Israeli law and attacked those soldiers attempting to enforce the law.

Was it pre-meditated? Was the result deliberate? Irrelevant, they were breaking Israeli law, and Israel enforced such. It's especially laughable that so many liberals are so quick to condemn George Bush for overthrowing the tyrant Saddam Hussein, because he threatened multilateralism and international law, and these same people will support these so called peace activists who express an even clearer disregard for the law.

It's so obvious that even the BBC recognised that these aims were completely disingenuous and embarrassingly and predictably large portions of the west fell for it nonetheless.

  • Well done!

Thanks to the BBC for bringing to light the events of the flotilla. Clearly there was a mix of activists and unsavory characters and things aren't so simple as they seemed.

  • @majikspell1 But honestly, i just love people like you who's channel is full of anti Israeli propaganda. I don't know why, it's both funny and sad. Just knowing that you're obsessed with Israel and it makes you so mad makes me feel like i already won. :) WE'RE EVERYWHERE, THE ZIONISTS ARE COMING TO GET YOU! :)

  • @1981Riggs What are you talking about? EVERY media outlet FIGHTS at the chance to speak about Israel (and in a negative light). Also, the video I posted may have been made by "my" media...however, PLEASE OH PLEASE show me ONE comment in that video that was a lie! Just one is all I ask. I'm sure you will avoid this comment. Also, you are calling the Israeli government terrorists. Do u hear yourself? As a former member of the IDF I can tell u we dont kill people purposely. Now ask Hamas the same.

  • @baruchlanda In fairness it's alot of the independent media I'm talking about, the internet etc, the rest of the media barely touches it and when they do they always manage to stick a boot in some how... My husbands work wants us to go to Israel to work next yr, I have refused, I have seen the bigotry and hatred from both sides, but one thing I do know is that it's not all jewish ppl, but their government, they are terrorists too. Just more powerful than PA

  • @1981Riggs On one hand u tell me the media is controlled by Jews. On the other hand almost all media outlets r in favor of the Palestinians. THIS is why, as u say, "the world knows different". And how does my language show anything negative toward Palestinians? I work with them on a daily basis and r my friends. I am talking SOLELY about their TERRORIST leadership. Maybe u should come to Israel and ask what THEY think before u speak about the situation from 10,000 miles away?

  • @baruchlanda Please, give me a break! You have been brainwashed by this very media...This media belongs to YOU, you do know that 80% of the worlds media conglomerates are owned or controlled by jewish entities loyal to Israel, so don't give me that...The jews and Arabs who lived together, lived PEACEFULLY, in harmony, it was only when ur terrorists former leaders came along that ppl started dying. over the yrs they have produced terrorism. It's disgusting, We could do this all day and not agree

  • @baruchlanda You keep telling yourself that then, if it makes u feel better, but the rest of the world knows different, that's all I'm saying. It's only in your community and those who are ignorant of the information that are with you...Even ur language shows me how superior u feel that u are towards Palestinians. Like they are not even people. As a human being that is shameful, I thought Jewish people were supposed to be good honourable ppl, not bigoted and arrogant. ...

  • @izaccy I agree 100% - the "Palestinians" are the victims. But you fail to mention that 500,000 Israelis are also victims to daily rocket attacks. Furthermore, the "Palestinians" are victims of their OWN PEOPLE. That small percentage that is ruining it for them (Hamas) are mainly the ones to blame here. Remember, if the Arabs laid down their weapons there would be peace. If Israel laid down their weapons there would be no more Israel...you know it, I know it and the world knows it.

  • @baruchlanda I am also an outsider looking in

at the situation is not as simple as some people want it too be.

but the main cause here is that a small percentage of people are ruining it for many many people.

who are the victims, the Palestinians living in Gaza,

Hamas they know when they fire one rocket to Israel

that 10 rockets will be fired back at Gaza, and a lot of people will die.

and they will carry those up and shout allahu akbar.

a propoganda tool to rile up palestinians.

  • Finally i got the whole truth,

always thought Israel was at fault here,

but you can clearly see civilians, and terrorists dressed as civilians prepared to sacrifice their lives for a cause

shame on them for tricking activists into this..

  • @1981Riggs Also, the UN can't condemn the PA or Hamas. They aren't a state officially. Otherwise there would be 100 times as many broken resolutions - that much is a guarantee. I'm not saying Israel is perfect...but your failure to see how DISGUSTING the "Palestinian" leadership is (FAR FAR FAR worse than Israel - to the point that they are acting sub-humanly) is baffling. I see the stats...and it's ridiculously in favor of Israel, not the "Palestinians".

  • @1981Riggs But do you hear yourself? Phosphorous bombs - ONE time incident (Gaza war). House raids - on KNOWN terrorists (or ties to terrorists). You know not everyone in the West Bank experiences that. Only a VERY small percentage. Bulldozing? The 5 ILLEGAL houses (by international law no less b/c it's a DISPUTED area) u talk of? That's only 5 examples. The "Palestinians" on the other hand....they target Israel almost everyday. When Israel does that, then come say something. (continued)

  • @baruchlanda I hear what ur saying but the same could be said for the phosphorous bombs and house raids and bulldozing and death squads and internment of palestinian ppl..of course u won't understand because u have been indoctrinated into a way of thinkin, u do not see outside the box, u cannot possibly understand it from the perspective of those looking in..It looks bad ok, it looks very bad.Israel has broken every UN resolution known to man practically, the statistics are shameful.

  • @1981Riggs As for the rockets: you are a typical westerner. I am American as well however I live in Israel and understand the situation a lot better. I can disprove what you just said about the rockets with one question: if you were living in Sderot with 3 little kids and a wife (or any place in southern Israel), would you have this same perspective of "c'mon they're just proxy rockets"? As you say - C'mon....

  • @1981Riggs In 1947, both Arabs AND Jews lived on the land. The land populated mainly with Arabs were to go to the Arabs. The land mainly populated with Jews were to go to the Jews (see the '47 partition plan map and you will understand this). Since we're on that topic, I recommend you see this Youtube video: watch?v=XGYxLWUKwWo. Was it really their land in the first place? This is what the media has done to you for 60 years now. Please watch that and you will know real international LAW. (cont)

  • @baruchlanda Why would the arabs be happy with their land being taken?? What ppl would be happy with that?? There is never going to be agreement on this...Ever...I know there is alot of bad information regarding the formation of the state of Israel, they were never satisfied with what they got...And as for the rockets...c'mon...poxy rockets and stones against one of the biggest armies in the world, segregation, aparteid, being classed as second classed citizens in ur own land? Agree 2 disagree?

  • @1981Riggs Also, I'm not denying the fact that Israel wants as much land as possible (expansion - the "Zionist" agenda as you call it). However, after WW2, that wasn't their intention. They were happy with UN resolution 181 - the Arabs weren't. Now that Israel is constantly under attack of course their thinking has changed to expansion. Every time Israel negotiates for land it loses and gets 10,000 rockets in return. So one of the main reasons why this is the way they are is for the upper hand.

  • @1981Riggs Israel dominates US foreign policy because they are the ONLY democracy in the Middle East. Parallel thinking is what binds countries - just like the US & Britain or the US & Germany or the France & Canada or Spain & Ireland (I can go on and on...AND ON). Israel happens to dominate US foreign policy because Israel is the ONLY place on Earth that receives constant threats from its neighbors. If Spain were to receive these threats, there would be a lot more attention there. (cont)

  • @baruchlanda But Israel are terrorists just as much as Muslim fundamentalists are, the similarities between them are that they are both created and fermented by the US..Also the fact the Israel pretty much dominates US foreign policy just goes to show who is really in the driving seat here...So I'm not saying that ordinary decent Isrealis are the problem but the zionist agenda very much is, it's so dangerous it's not even funny...The control they have is phenomenal, it's scary.

  • This documentary was extremely illuminating and certainly changed my opinion about this sorry episode. IHH - wolves in sheep clothing abusing their status of ' peace activists'. This was about resistance, the struggle against israeli control and nothing got to do with aid

  • @1981Riggs Oh I'm not arguing that point. In fact, I couldn't agree more. HOWEVER, please stop spewing B.S. that Israel is the terrorist. Just because the U.S. funds these extremists for the benefit of the U.S. doesn't mean these Arabs need to blatantly attack Israel (based upon their ridiculous religion) with the funds they have received from the U.S. initially. We all have a moral responsibility to do what is right. The Arabs are not fulfilling that duty. Don't kid yourself.

  • @baruchlanda Many, many, military and government insiders have admitted that the CIA is THE biggest terrorist group in the world...They give these guys the guns they need, the training they need, they fill their head full of shit about the West, they're being played by both sides. They kill us because they hate our freedoms??!! That's ridiculous!.. "The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monsterous that he cannot believe it exists"- J Edgar Hoover. He said it.

  • @baruchlanda Put it this way, when the CIA go into a country where they covet their natural resources etc, they have a nasty habit of funding, training and fermenting fundamentalist terror groups, that's been admitted by the higher ups in Washington a long time ago...Entities within washington are the terrorists, they've been manipulating this situation since terrorism was first coined, anyone paying close attention knows this..It's no secret...

  • @1981Riggs So it's clear that the US and Israel are terrorists? What about essentially all of Europe, Asia (Russia in specific), South America, parts of Africa and pretty much the rest of the world (with the exception of a few Muslim states) that have to deal with ARAB terrorists? Last time I checked over 95% of terrorism is carried out by ARABS. So are you saying the rest of the world are terrorists?

  • I'm amazed at all of the blatant stupidity. For 1600 years 85 to 90 percent of the violence in the world has come from Muslims. They attacked Spain and took it over, killing hundreds of thousands around 600 ad. They have tried to force their so called religion on everyone. We fought them off in Tripoli, and the gulf early in our history. They do not want peace. They want your head infidel.

  • A very well-balanced documentary indeed. When all this broke out i thought that Israel was totally at fault but after watching this it's clear that these activists were not as peaceful as they told the world. Look at the Commandos coming down the rope, they were being clubbed with metal bars as soon as they landed.

  • All this just to get a few school chairs, stretchers and expired medicine? Is this what these terrorists risked the lives of 200 people they used as a cover for ??? What a shame.
