well, the only problem with the ending of this with is that, with dominion down, fed weakened, no klingons and romulans, nothing stops the borg from ruling alpha, beta and gama quadrants

So in part 1, you say earth surrenders, which would mean enemy occupation of the planet and sol system, yet in part 2 you say they regroup at earth for the final fight... I see you are as inconsistent with stpry telling as the entire star trek production team. Wanker.

this is crap. the borg would never join an alliance with the federation or anyone else. they will assimilate both. the federation and the dominion. resistance is futile.

the borg have made multiple alliances in the past, not only with the federation.

also the future events that brought "janeway" back in time, occured in an alternate reality, her very presance in the past altered the events of history

Some one said Voyager could not go get home if the Dominion won the War becouse old Janeway could not go back. This would be true if not for one factor. The Bord have transwarp drive systems. In an allince they could share that technolegy with Voyager or bring them home another way.

My opinion the Federation and the Voyager crew should have tried to ask species 8472 for help. They are far more likley to help then the Borg. After the meeting with the Voyager crew in the eposode in the flesh. That could have been the start of a powerful allince for the Federation. Plus there more trustworthy then the Borg.
