This 2d animation movie titled "Handsfree" is based on a love story between two hands of an individual named Andrew Davis who is a pianist by profession. The movie has subtle undertones of homosexuality of a pianist and the love of his right hand for the left hand.

Very good, but you haven't paid much attention to detail, like the drawing of the fingers.
Piano keys from above don't really look like that.
Also, the left hand plays the bass notes, and the right hand plays the 'high' notes.

Hey, Faraz. Good job. It's an interesting concept and personally I think it has more to do with androgyny in general as opposed to just homosexuality.
A nice study of identity and sex in a subtle manner. Keep it up!
