I love how at first her workmates don't even remember who Andy is, even though he worked in the same office as them for a year, then as soon as they learn of his death they immediately change the subject to some actor who presumably looked like him. It's like Joy was the only one who was even consciously aware of his existence, and she didn't start caring until it was too late. It's a perfect combination of tragic and hilarious.
